By Alex Thomas 03/23/2021, 12:45pm EDT

Hudson, NH – A challenging winter has come and gone, but the five teams at Cyclones Academy handled the adversity well and continued to post excellent overall grades. In a year with constant change, starts and stops, daily adjustments, government shutdowns and mandates, and plenty of other adversity, the student athletes at Cyclones Academy never stopped putting up results.

Overall, Academy teams posted a GPA of 3.5 over the winter months. Cyclones Academy 18U Premier and 16U Elite led the way with a 3.6 GPA for the quarter, while 16U Premier checked in with a 3.5 team GPA. 18U Elite (3.4 GPA) and 15U (3.3 GPA) both also excelled in the classroom.

Every quarter, players can accomplish the feat of ‘Top Scholar’. In order to qualify, students must consistently be at or over a 92 average. A number of players hit that mark during the most recent quarter.

15U: Mclane Baillie, Nick Blanchette, Kaiden Cianci, Owen Cross, Brayden King and Jake Scott

16U Elite: Tanner Bilby, Cole Brooks, Cole Curtiss, Perry Jacobs, Jacob Lulek, Anthony Rodriguez and Alex Walker
