Hudson, NH – Cyclones Arena is officially reopening to the public on Monday, June 15th. New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu officially announced on Thursday that Amateur Sports can proceed to Phase 2 of the reopening plan.

New Hampshire’s ‘Phase 2’ includes the reopening of indoor athletic facilities, per the Governor’s official statement on Thursday.

Cyclones Arena has been closed to the public since March 19th, when the COVID-19 outbreak hit North America. In the meantime, The Northern Cyclones organization has taken steps to ensure that the building is ready for its reopening and both clean and safe for patrons and staff.

The Cyclones organization continues to regularly clean the Arena with Botanical Disinfectant Solution. The Solution is a US EPA Registered Broad-Spectrum Disinfectant. The disinfectant is designed to kill cold and flu viruses and can kill noroviruses in just four minutes. In addition, the solution kills 99.9% of Bacteria, viruses, fungi & molds.

The solution has been recommended for use in places like schools, classrooms, airports, ambulances, restaurants, health care facilities and public buildings. It is being regularly used at Cyclones Arena in an effort to keep the building clean and safe for when our visitors return starting Monday.

Botanical Disinfectant Solution has a 30 second kill time for sanitizing, a one-minute kill time for viruses and a two-minute kill time for bacteria. In addition, there is a three-minute kill time for fungi and molds.

“We are extremely excited to be able to open our doors to the public once again and to get the greatest game on earth back,” Cyclones co-Owner Bill Flanagan said. “We thank Governor Sununu for including us in this Phase of the reopening process, and look forward to seeing everyone safely soon!”
