ONLINE HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAM FOR HOCKEY PLAYERS
Fully Supervised and NCAA-Approved
Cyclones Academy operates Monday through Friday on a block schedule. This allows our student-athletes to participate in on-ice skills sessions, off-ice workouts, team practices, and video analysis sessions.
Our student-athletes are closely monitored by our full-time academic director and educational assistants. The routine of our daily schedule will prepare our players to succeed at the collegiate level on and off the ice.
Key Benefits of Cyclones Academy
Block scheduling – Our student-athletes get 26 hours of supervised classroom time per week. The flexibility of our online high school program means they are spending less time in class and more time on the ice while still getting a quality education.
Less homework - Scheduled class time with academic support to complete assignments means that our players only spend an average of 2-3 hours on homework outside of class per week.
More support – Supervised class time allows our student-athletes get support from directors and educational assistants while completing their schoolwork. We also provide guidance counseling, nutrition talks, SAT prep, and more to ensure players are successful in college.
