8am-9am – Academy Classrooms -OPTIONAL Study Hall
9:20-10:30am – Cyclones Arena – Hockey Practice with Coaches 
10:30-11am -change & move to Academy Classrooms 
11am-12:30pm – Academy Classrooms – Completing Lessons
12:30-1:15pm – Lunch Room/Kitchen – Lunch Break
1:15-2:30pm – Cyclones Gym – Team workout w/Strength Coach 2:30-4:15pm – Academy Classrooms – Completing Lessons

Team Video/Strategy/Coaching Meetings- Alternating with Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursdays each week.
